3.3 Outbound Calling

Our appointment setters and sales representatives may contact roofing contractors and other business prospects by telephone using publicly available business contact information. All calls are made to businesses and business owners in a B2B context. We maintain internal do-not-call lists and honor opt-out requests promptly.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Client data is generally retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the end of a client engagement to comply with applicable business and tax record-keeping requirements. Prospect data obtained through outreach activities is retained for up to two (2) years, after which it is reviewed and purged unless an active engagement exists.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted communications, and secure storage of credentials and sensitive data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
